The data controller is Karel Hladiš (Alfrédové.com). We process only what the service needs to work.

What we process

Your e-mail and password (authentication), your shop profile and the content of the shop website you enter (to generate texts), your generated outputs and usage history (credits, history), and technical error logs.

Processors we use

Supabase (database and authentication, EU — Frankfurt), Vercel (hosting), OpenRouter (AI model routing — your inputs are sent to AI providers to generate texts; providers that train on data are disabled), Firecrawl (reading your shop website during onboarding) and Sentry (error monitoring).

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time at info@alfredove.com. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing e-mails without your consent.

Cookies

We use only technical cookies required for signing in. No advertising trackers.
